Join us for an exciting golfing experience at the 12th Annual Golf Tournament at Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge in Winter Garden on Friday, October 21st. Registration is at 7:30am and Shotgun Start at 8:30am.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the House of Hope. You could win big in the Hole In One Contest, cash in the Putting Contest, and loads of raffle prizes! Become a sponsor of this awesome event (all the details below) or register to play! Foursomes are $550.

Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors will receive acknowledgement on sponsors signage at event; opportunity to raffle off prizes; and opportunity to supply promotional materials for goodie bags.

NO Outside Alcohol Policy & Restrictions

The course does not permit outside alcohol to be brought on the property. No player, spectator, sponsor, or volunteer of the Golf Tournament may bring in outside alcohol. Anyone found violating this policy will be asked to leave and NO REFUNDS will be given. Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED to be brought in from the outside, so please do not try to hide any in your golf bags, coolers, etc. NO Exceptions. Please DO NOT be the example.

Only two holes (the Alcohol Tee Sponsors) will be permitted to have alcohol at their hole. With these additional rules:

  • Alcohol cannot be brought in from the outside.
  • Alcohol must be pre-purchased from the course.
  • Sponsors cannot serve alcohol. A course employee will be at your hole to serve the alcohol during the tournament. There will be a $100 fee for a bartender added to your tee sponsor.
IN NEED OF RAFFLE PRIZES

On the day of the Annual Golf Tournament we will be selling raffle tickets for donated prizes from area businesses and members. If you would like the chance to get a little extra exposure for your company at the tournament, please consider donating a raffle prize! Photo Release Waiver

By agreeing, you authorize CAI Central Florida Chapter to use photographs or video images of you or your property and authorize them, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits, video, or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by CAI Central Florida Chapter. You further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product.
