CA Day is an annual tradeshow bridging the gap between homeowners, board members, managers, and the business partners that support them. The tradeshow is no ordinary tradeshow. Every year we choose a theme and immerse ourselves producing a truly exceptional tradeshow experience, with this year’s theme being “Adventures in the Association.” Each booth will be participating in best booth designs and visitor engagement competitions. All of this is aimed at bringing an adventurous experience to our annual tradeshow.

There will be FREE Education Classes available to registered attendees from 10:30am-1:30pm, 125 vendor expo booths to visit from 2pm-6pm, thousands of dollars in raffle prize giveaways, and the After Party from 6pm-10pm.

Don’t wait to purchase your ticket the Tradeshow After Party! Tickets are available online (click here) for $35 until March 23rd. Tickets will still be available the day of the Tradeshow, but the price will INCREASE to $45 – so don’t delay!

TRADESHOW BOOTH EXHIBITOR ATTENDEES

For the Regular Booths, each exhibitor company is alloted two representatives. For the Premium Booths, each exhibitor company is alloted four representatives. SUITCASING POLICY

CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing,” which describes the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting tradeshow participants for conflicting social activities. Violators of these policies will be ejected from the tradeshow if applicable, and charged $3000 which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI events.
