Join us for the first monthly meeting of 2025 on Thursday, January 9 at Azalea Lodge at Mead Botanical Garden for a 1-hour CEU course,“Advance Your CAM Career: Professional Development That Sets You Apart” by Leslie Alvarez, CMCA, AMS, LSM, PCAM, President & Founder of Community Association Consulting Experts, Inc. 

This course helps ambitious CAMs differentiate themselves in the industry while earning continuing education credits. Perfect for managers seeking career advancement and higher professional credentials. It teaches community association managers how to strategically advance their careers through:

• Career planning and succession strategies
• Mentorship opportunities
• CAI membership benefits and professional designations (CMCA, AMS, PCAM, LSM)
• Investment in professional growth
• Client relationship enhancement

Registration begins at 11:30 am and the program begins at 12:00 pm. Manager Members & Homeowner Leaders (HOA Board Members) are FREE and Business Partners cost $37. PLEASE REGISTER ASAP and indicate any food restrictions on the registration form. When registering online for multiple members of your office, please be sure to enter each attendee’s name for a smooth check in process at the meeting.

NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS AFTER 1/8/25 WILL BE BILLED.

Sponsor the January Meeting!

Every sponsor for the monthly meeting receives face time in front of the membership with the microphone to talk about their company. You will also be able to put give-away items and collateral materials on the tables. Space is provided for our sponsors to display their marketing materials.

Every sponsor is important to our chapter and your generous donation goes directly to off set the costs of the program. Only three companies are permitted to sponsor each of the monthly meetings and every effort is made to ensure the sponsors are not direct competitors and offer different industry services. Please email your company logo file to the Executive Director at exdir@caicf.org.

Photo Release Waiver

By agreeing, you authorize CAI Central Florida Chapter to use photographs or video images of you or your property and authorize them, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits, video, or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by CAI Central Florida Chapter. You further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product.
