Wild West Bowling Round Up

Description

CAI Central Florida invites you AND your family to the Wild West Bowling Round Up on September 21st from 4pm-7pm at Boardwalk Bowl in Orlando!

The cost is $255 per lane, which includes up to 5 bowlers + food and drink tickets. Not a bowler, but still want to join in the fun? Attend the event as a Cheerleader (non-bowler) for $40, which includes a food and drink ticket.

Everyone is encouraged to dress the part and bring the Wild West to Boardwalk Bowl! Please be sure to bring socks along as well, bowling shoes are included! The winners of the contest get bragging rights and the losers get putt-putt golf tickets!

• King Pin Sponsor (3): $550 – Includes 1 bowling team (5 bowlers), marketing table and signage at event
• Strike Sponsor (5): $450 – Includes 1 bowling team (5 bowlers) and signage at event
• Award Sponsor (2): $350 – Signage at event and 2 Cheerleaders
• Food Sponsors (5): $250 – Includes 2 Cheerleaders, drink tickets, and signage at event

Photo Release Waiver

You hereby authorize CAI Central Florida Chapter to use photographs or video images of you or your property and authorize them, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits, video, or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by CAI Central Florida Chapter. You further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product.
