Community association education and issues focused on Florida are the focus of a special, one-day event for community managers, association board members and other homeowners. The CAI Florida Leadership Forum is hosted by CAI’s eight Florida chapters.
With more than 40 years of industry experience and a member network of homeowners, managers, attorneys and other business professionals greater than 34,000 strong, CAI is in a unique position to provide both a local focus and a global perspective on the issues that affect community association governance and operations.
The CAI Florida Leadership Forum offers four education programs, a legislative update and Q&A, and keynote address Sessions are presented by expert panels, including government officials, seasoned management professionals and members of the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers, a professional organization that represents the very best attorneys in the industry.
Anyone who lives in, works for or provides services to a Florida community association will leave the event more informed, more engaged and better able to contribute to a successful community.

Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received at CAI by October 20, 2017. Cancellations received between October 21-27, 2017 are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. After this date, all changes must be made on site.
CAI has a no-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing,” which describes the practice by non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the hotel, lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting seminar participants, including social activities. Non-exhibiting suppliers participating in the seminar as attendees or speakers are prohibited from soliciting business in or after sessions, or in the hotel itself.
Violators of these policies will be charged the amount an exhibitor ($650), which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI functions.
