This course covers the legal basis of community rules, policies and procedures. You’ll gain a better understanding of board and management responsibilities and a better grasp of the community association as a legal entity. Learn how to advise and support your board and how to revise policies and procedures to comply with current laws and recommended management practices. Topics include:

Designation Credit
M-204 is required for the PCAM designation.
Continuing Education Credit
M-204 is approved for 14 hours of continuing education for CMCA recertification and is approved for continuing education credit by many states.
CAI Central Florida Course Reimbursement Policy
The Chapter policy is to reimburse for half the cost of the course. In order for the Chapter to reimburse individuals for course completion, the individual must request the reimbursement, provide proof of passing the course, and complete this form.
