Join us for this Members-Only Event at the Winter Park Events Center (1050 W. Morse Boulevard) on Thursday, July 11 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Ample parking is available at the library parking lot and the parking garage across the street from the venue.

Seating is limited to 50 Business Partners (with only two representatives per business). 

One of the greatest benefits of belonging to the Central Florida Chapter of CAI is our talented Business Partners and access to its many Managers. As CAI Members, the Business Partners understand the challenges that Managers face in meeting with their boards. For a Business Partner, a successful partnership with a Manager or Management Company can grow their business exponentially.

Business Partners will be divided into two rounds. The first round will be at 2:00 pm and the second round will begin around 4:00 pm. You may request your preference on which round your business will participate in. Once the first round is complete, we ask the first set of Business Partners to exit the Manager area and go to the bar or outside to keep the noise level to a minimum as the the second set of Business Partners begin their round. Please, no cutting in line. Each Business Partner will have 3 minutes to “Meet the Managers,” then rotate to the right when the monitor sounds the bell.

The Business Partners that participate will also have the opportunity to put your company logo and contact names in the publication to the Managers. You will need to provide a high resolution logo file for the publication, your name, company name, address, email address, phone number and website address. Please send your file and information to the Executive Director, Reini Marsh, at exdir@caicf.org.

SEATING IS LIMITED!

Management Companies are FREE and may bring two representatives (please list both reps under your registration).

This is a 4-hour event and we request that Management Companies man their table for the entire event. If a shift change is needed, please make arrangements to have the table staffed the entire time. This will ensure that both rounds of business partners are treated fairly.

Management Companies have the unique opportunity to get to know new vendors for their communities, network with other CAMs, have some food and drinks and the Chapter will provide each manager with a $50 gift card at the end of round two. This is a signature event that we have won two National Awards presented at the National Conference.  This is a fun event that will be valuable to you and you will receive lots of great swag!

Business Partners are $450 and may bring two representatives (please list both reps under your registration). Registration includes two drink tickets.
